    Key Responsibilities:• Preparation and Finalization of monthly Profit & Loss statement and Balance sheet reports as well as other ad-hoc reports as and when required. • Processing and maintaining end to end payroll for multiple companies with over 120 employees using Ace Payroll, Crystal Payroll & MYOB essential payroll.• Filling of various tax reports in a timely and accurate manners such as-o Payday filing.o GST and Provisional tax payment.o NRWT & FBT return• Preparing monthly cash flow forecast and Budgets for the managers.• Managing intercompany borrowing and loans between related companies to optimise cash flow and minimizing external borrowing requirements.• Reviewing the team’s work and processing the supplier’s payment in accordance with the payment terms.• Reviewing and finalizing weekly sales report and wage costing reports for the purpose of observing operation cost and expenditure of the companies as well as controlling Internal Control System.• Maintaining fixed asset register and performing month procedures.• Setting up and maintaining Computer Accounting Software such as MYOB software also ace and Crystal payroll for the new business.• Setting up and implementing new financial policies.• Ensuring all Statutory requirements of the organization are met as well as responding and resolving to the Audits conducted by Statutory bodies.• Providing assurance about the integrity of the information in the financial statement by carrying out investigation of the general ledgers as to allocate any discrepancies if any.
