Together we break silos and create bridges across sectors and also with local communities to highlight behind the scenes of our transformation.     Elan (Bouygues Construction Group - 6th Construction Group worldwide) - Sustainable Real Estate Consulting Elan was at the beginning of their business strategy transformation when I joined this amazing experience in the mid-west agency to promote their new consulting services and new identity. I worked closely with our technical and sustainability engineers and Bouygues' R&D department on the future of Real Estate and I increased Elan's visibility through relevant and effective communications and marketing strategies. This includes market and R&D research and contribution to reports, management of SM accounts, graphic design, external stakeholders management and partnerships, and events management. On another side I developed recognized sales and customer experience skills by making personalized business presentations for major sales quotes (spoken and written), going to multiple networking events, innovation meetings, and creating (and leading) personalized design thinking workshops for customers. Regarding the internal aspects of my position, I was trusted training all the regional directors during the deployment of our new CRM tool Salesforce across the country. I did my best to unite our team around our new identity and maintain an enjoyable employee experience too by organizing team building activities, sharing results of my research and taking charge of the agency's administrative tasks on a regular basis. Achievements :.
