    I started off in Employee Benefits admin and because of my education background I developed into training and spent most of my training years on a projects. Redesigning the EB admin processes, working together with external consultants doing mostly process design and documentation work. Thereafter I moved to testing and implimenting of a new opperating system called Compass from a vendor called Sungard in Boston USA, which was used by EB administration in Old Mutual. I spent a further 2 years training the new processes and implimenting Compass into the EB production environment.
