• Use SAP ERP system to fulfill business requirements following LEAN Concepts.• Analyze detail production plan and derive the operational plan for each line in respective area and meet production start date in order to meet customer deadlines.• Control the incoming raw material deliveries, and create a material pull system by constantly liaising with suppliers (both local and foreign), merchandising, raw material stores, fabric technology / lab, cutting dept., Embellishment Dept. & production, to identify the deviations from the plan and keep a smooth production flow in order to achieve the customer delivery schedules.• Block capacity with the embellishment suppliers according to the plant requirement in order to ensure a smooth production flow.• Prepare and update reports ( On time Del Charts/ Material availability charts , etc…) in order to facilitate production operations, and management decision making.• Manage and Maximize the utilization of material for the current operational plan through proper control of excess material in order to reduce write off material and bring down costs.• Conduct bi-monthly supplier meetings for planning, scheduling and review the order status and prepare supplier performance presentations/ reports in order to ensure accuracy of data.• Communicate with merchandising, commercial and prepare logistical schedules.• Actively participation for the Kaizans / Projects as per the Hoshin Kanri.
