Supervised 25 workers to replace the old index system on gas meters with new electronic AMR’s. •Certified on various job titles during my two-year employment, which allowed me to be flexible on the production floor to help out when necessary, even on overtime. •I was chosen to be on a team of five other operators who where chosen to re-write a job specification and procedures then re-train other co-workers on the revision. •One of my jobs was debugging shorts and misplaced components down to the circuit level on the computer boards. This information was communicated to all the other parts of the manufacturing line and was a vital part for the projects to be built in a timely manner.
