Working in the HR Systems team with responsibility for the delivery of HR Systems projects using primarily Workday, Cornerstone, SDWorx and associated integrations. My role as PM is to scope, plan and deliver projects, to meet HR and business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. To date I have worked on process improvements to our Workday business processes, and successfully implemented Performance, Compensation, Recruitment and Onboarding modules in Workday.Current projects include: 1) Transition our Graduate recruitment programme from an external provider to in house delivery set up using Workday Recruitment.2) Manage Systems functionality to support DLGs annual Pay and bonus cycle.3) Continue to evolve our HR processes and systems to improve the user experience through management of the HRIS Change process for DLG.

A role in the Group Risk directorate supporting senior managers in the development of financial crime activities and monitoring. Responsibilities: • Monthly reporting to Group Operational Risk Committee on Financial Crime team performance, reporting volume and value of Financial Crime detected, Sanctioned individuals etc. along with commentary of key cases of fraud and money laundering. • Ad hoc data queries to identify ‘at risk’ customers following incidences of fraud. • Supporting Financial Crime Manager in the collation and submission of reports to SOCA.Achievements:• Monthly data collation and analysis of Financial Crime team activity and success rate of monitoring controls, leading to a refocusing of staff time on more productive activities.• Process mapping of Financial Crime Analyst activities in order to assist with the integration of YBS and N&P Financial Crime teams.• Worked to help develop an organisation wide Vulnerable Customers policy that remained in line with Financial Crime policy/regulations, to ensure genuine customers with particular needs do not suffer as a result of AML regulations. • Regular use of SQL to interrogate YBS databases to identify trends in Financial Crime, resulting in identifying customers who were potentially at risk of specific threats/incidences based on usage of internet banking, and IP address monitoring.

Achievements:• Headingley Stadium redevelopment – Represented Yorkshire Forward in contract negotiations for a £4million investment in a new cricket pavilion at Yorkshire County Cricket Ground.• Project Managed the delivery of Yorkshire Forward’s sponsorship of a yacht in a round the world yacht race, organising and attending overseas trade missions and engaging local authorities and businesses in the project. The trade mission resulted in over £1million of new business contracts for the Humber region.
