Concepted, designed and created a CD in Flash which contained all of American Century Investments funds to be viewed and user was able to download individual fund fact sheets via the internet. Designed and created Flash evites, Holiday evites, Internal and External sales events materials and multimedia pieces. Created a photo library from 2004 to present of my photography that designers could access and use for all collaterial, web, presentations and multimedia pieces.

    Worked on all presentations for the Bank, Insurance, and the Investment Advisor Channels. Designed and developed templates for each of these above channels to use. Responsible for re-designing and doing the production on the Investor Class, Advisor Class Fund Book, the PCG Fund Book and the Fund Fact Sheets for the Investor, Advisor, and Institutional Classes the 1Q, 2Q, and 3Q. Designed the Annual Sales Meeting Presentation Template which was held in August in Chicago. I have been actively involved both in Third Party Awards Committee as well as the Vision Committee and Holiday Party, designing and developing invitations, thank-you cards and give-a-ways. For the Third Party Awards Ceremony I developed a Director piece showing our Third Party Vision.

    Worked on all shareholder reports, marketing and institutional materials. Responsible for the production aspect on all the above materials which included creating charts and graphs within the reports and also to prepare the reports for SEC filing. Because of my work ethics and design capabilities and background I was called upon to design and implement non-for-profit pieces in which American Century is involved in in addition to in-house festivities and to design 401(k) pieces for Retirement Plan Services. I also designed the overhead template for our American Century 1997 brand look and developed the template in Quark and in PowerPoint for our facilities in Kansas City, Denver and California. In addition I was an integral part in the execution of the production with the Benham merge the Brand as well as J.P. Morgan. I also designed and implemented Retirement Plan Services 401(k) pieces.

    While freelancing for Bernstein-Rein Advertising I was offered a job as Senior Production Artist and I accepted. During my time with Bernstein-Rein Advertising I worked on all printed pieces for existing clients and was also involved in new business pitches. I basically worked with rough thumbnail sketches and produced ad material and brochures and flyers that followed the art director’s concept. I also maintained the current employee visual which is in Macromedia Director on a computer located by the receptionist’s desk.
