    What didn't I do? lol. I was the only one who oversaw the benefits for the entire Eastern Division, including Canada, which consisted of over 25 cities/airports, which means I had to be abreast of all of the different laws for those states/providences. Whereas our HQ/Western Division had over 5 employees doing the same jobs, hummm? I was in charge of each stations hiring and orientation process, mediating discipline practices, routine monthly/random drug testing from the Pilots, Station Managers, Supervisors, CSA's and Mechanics and keeping everyone's paperwork confidential. I'd have to fly or drive to each station for various reasons and so much more. It was a strenuous job, but I loved it, because I loved most of the people. I especially loved the benefits, discounts on flights, cruises, car rentals, hotels, even trains, it was great! I discovered when I left, they replaced me with 3 people. WOW!!! Yes, I'm 3 times a Lady as Lionel Ritchie sang.

    I started as an Information '411' Operator for the entire State of Michigan, then trained to become a Local 'O' Operator for the entire 313 area code. I also worked on telephone sales events. My last position was working as the Receptionist & Data Entry personnel for their Business Systems department.
