Responsible for the ownership of the factory’s manufacturing Boms, their update and implementation. Experience with ERP and the MRP function within an ERP system.My role involved ensuring that data is transferred from the engineering Bom to the manufacturing Bom accurately.I also had to work with the materials management and production teams to ensure that appropriate lead times are applied to support the build methodology whilst minimising stock.I provided front line support for data issues and also provided data support to the spares market.Attending meetings regarding new products and give insight into data work and time required for implementation.I am also a super-user for our main computer package (Dynamics Ax) which means I am a go to contact for errors and issues related to the system.I also have experience in lean manufacturing, costings, labour capture, invoicing and delivery.

I lead a team of 8 people in a data capture project that involved a timing process for made in house parts. I co-ordinated this project and was responsible for all the information captured. I had to create and maintain a master spreadsheet, identify outstanding information needed and information already gained. I had to outline the process in which we would collect this information and give regular updates to management on the progress of the project.
