    Initially working as a member of a pilot for a business grade ADSL team, I gained technical and customer service skills in the delivery of business broadband. After the success of the pilot, I was involved in transferring the new processes and knowledge to an offshore team. The team is now capable of high volumes of business broadband service delivery. I continued in that role at a lower capacity relative to the offshore team's increasing capacity.
