Directed entire implementation of the www.ptagis.org web site that provides a state-of-the-art system that provides web-based, ad-hoc query capability, real time status updates, automated report generation and other features.Developed work plans, budgets and managed project staff to design and install multiple RFID detection systems at fish ladders on the Columbia and Snake Rivers in response to biological and operational requirements. Managed $2 million conversion from Columbia Basin detection systems from 400kHz FDX-A to International Standards Organization (ISO) standards 11784 and 11785. Developed rationale for executing changes and presented program to regional decision makers and stakeholders. Improved overall data quality and detection rates. Decreased equipment failure rates and delivered technology infrastructure to implement larger detection system developed and deployed on the Snake and Columbia Rivers.
