IT Business Project Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects within the Client Services and Multi the Office of IT. Coordinate the activities of department projects through cycle to meet project requirements, striving for project stability and on-time deliverables while achieving quality standards. Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): • Oversee small to mid-size projects within the Client Services and Multimedia Services divisions.• Apply appropriate method to manage projects in keeping with standards set by the Office of IT PMO requirements gathering. • Work closely with stakeholders to refine scope and deliverables. • Identify required tasks and pinpoint key milestones; prepare project document package. • Analyze project needs, recommending allocation of resources and assignment of individual responsibilities. • Develop project plans, work breakdown structure and work progress and maintain up to date project plans. • Identify plan obstacles and risks. • Develop and propose solutions/plan revisions to overcome obstacles.• Implement modifications as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements • Act as project liaison to external vendors and clients.• Serve as primary point of contact to internal teams, collaborating on cross-team staff time required, tasks and resources n projects on time. • Prepare and submit change control documentation. • Coordinate the preparation and submission of change control documentation; coordinate the implementation of plan activities as approved.
