    I am responsible for marketing for all three Kelowna Baptist Housing campuses of care (encompasses Independent Living, Assisted Living and Residential Care) which includes Village at Smith Creek, Village at Mill Creek and Sun Pointe Village. I conduct tours at all three locations as well as manage all leads. My role is to serve residents, assisting them with a variety of inquiries and requests. I am responsible for creating marketing plans and strategies, researching, advertising, processing applicants for residency, maintaining waiting lists, and providing public relations. I establish and maintain referral sources including physicians, medical professionals, seniors groups, social workers, pastors, hospitals and other care providers in order to generate referrals and leads that will increase and maintain occupancy of the supportive housing, assisted living and private pay residential care. I am responsible to lead community relations through the development and management of strategic partnerships and sponsorships. I provide regional support for development opportunities and planned giving as opportunities arise.

The Secretary-Treasurer reports to the Director of Education and Division Board.
