Caroline was a tremendous asset to Avalanche during her years with the company. I worked closely with Caroline during the development of several business operations applications as well as their ongoing support. She first developed an iOS app that allowed our largest customer to manage their thousands of assets in the field. Following that she developed an order entry iOS application that allowed field reps to place orders in store. The ability to place orders in store increased customer revenue through up selling and the reduction of out of stocks. Users were thrilled with the outcome of both projects. Later in her employment, both applications were rewritten in Flutter, allowing us to extend the use of the apps to Android users. Caroline was very organized and productive throughout the project life cycles, and I could always count on her to test her changes thoroughly. Her attention to detail is second to none! When we wanted to write cross-platform apps, Caroline learned Flutter and gave us a real competitive edge. I was so impressed with the speed at which she learned it, and how effectively she applied it. Certainly her analytical and coding skills were the best we’ve ever had.
