I currently work in my local elected Clerk’s office as a Deputy Clerk. I workin the criminal department as the criminal superior court clerk. My daily tasks include helping customers with their questions, which mainly concern criminal or traffic matters, filing motions or other documents for attorneys, preparing court calendars, entering probation violations once filled, and many other tasks. After a court session I will prepare the judgment for the judge to sign, continue any cases that need to be continued, and enter orders for arrest that were issued.
