My responsibilities were setting up a work and event space for the Dutch Creative Industries. The incubator served from it's start in the autumn of 2014 as a valuable stepping stone into the French market. Designers, architects, cartoonists, stylists, writers, artists, art dealers, and performers use the space to their needs: co-working, meeting, presenting in order to strengthen their position on the French and international market.Apart from facilitating presentations for users, we develop a series of debates, masterclasses and networking events on subjects relevant for creative and cultural entrepreneurs. We try to connect and increase collaborations.Atelier Néerlandais is part of the Netherlands Embassy in France and serves as a platform for its cultural and economic policy goals, for the Dutch cultural and creative sectors. Its use a modular, open to a wide range of creators with Dutch roots. In its programming, the Atelier Néerlandais follows the Parisian Festival calendar, which means that the space serves in the weeks dedicated to fashion, design, photo, books, modern art as a meeting place dedicated to presentations, debates, defilés or showrooms.
