As Toke Committee Member, participated in developing written bylaws for Dealers to vote on and serving the needs of the Dealer with regard to collecting and distributing Tokes. All Toke Committee Members were liaisons, working with Management and Dealers to resolve issues related to Toke management . Nominated for Rocker of the Month Award twice. Participated in Community activities sponsored by Seminole Tribe of Florida/HardRock Hotel and Casino. Duties and responsibilities of being a dealer include dealing games efficiently, learning new games as they are introduced, working with Management, Surveillance and Middle Management to protect company assets, all while providing Quality Customer Service in a Hospitality and Gaming environment.
