A cargo de un equipo de diseño y proporcionando la comunicación, la coordinación y el seguimiento necesario para cumplir las metas y los objetivos del proyecto en términos de calidad, tiempo y presupuesto.- Garantizar que toda la documentación del proyecto cumpla con los estándares y requisitos del cliente, al igual que la normatividad aplicable.- Monitoreo del proyecto: mantener una comunicación clara y continua entre el cliente, el consultor, contratistas generales y el equipo de diseño, desarrollo de minutas, informes de progreso y aclaraciones técnicas.- Control de cambios: identificar y asegurar las aprobaciones necesarias para los cambios en el alcance del proyecto.
