-International Director of Operations for the Incesa Standard Group (Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua): Responsible for all manufacturing and technological aspects (production, quality, productivity, costs) of the sanitary-ware plants, chrome plating plastic fittings and seat injection plant, floor tile pilot plant, ceramic raw materials and plaster operations; also for Safety & Health and Demand Flow Manufacturing for the operations of the Group. - Worldwide Best Practices Coordinator for the Corporation, appointed by American Standard, while working for Incesa Standard. During several years visited and gave assistance in manufacturing processes and technical fields to the sanitary plants of the corporation in 18 countries (Europe, North, Central and South America, Asia and Africa). -Director of American Standard R&D Center for the Americas and Asia; working on projects in areas as diverse as: raw materials, body formulations, plaster fabrication, casting, firing and grinding process, drying technology and mold fabrication among others. -One of the responsibilities as Director of R&D Center, was training and development of engineers and managers sent by different American Standard Plants to Incesa Standard facilities in order to be trained in various managerial and production aspects.
