    As Director of Design, Caren was responsible for leading the creative efforts and developing the design direction for all SKW studios. In this role she provides conceptual designs and creative direction. She works closely with the client and project team to identify project goals and develop innovative design solutions that meet the client’s vision, then manages the Design Studio’s involvement throughout the project development to ensure the design direction is executed. Caren remains available to the technical team as a resource for any needed or requested design changes. Her responsibilities also entailed mentoring and developing the next generation of design talent at SKW. Caren leads the in-house conversation about design process and strategies that result in continual improvement and innovation.
