Role extended to have oversight of the Colonial First State partnership.     Returned to Australia to establish and embed the AIA’s long term bank Distribution Partnerships with CBA in Australia and New Zealand. Accountable for negotiating the Distribution Agreements, strategy development, business planning, establishing governance including ensuring effective controls were in place for key financial and risk management, and building AIA team to support the partnerships. The NZ partnership successfully commenced in July 2018, followed by Australia in November 2019. Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Integration Officer and member of the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT).
