Work collaboratively with colleagues and community partners to establish a Transportation Demand Management program for our mountain town of 50,000 people. Growing exponentially over the last two to 10 years, we are focusing on providing what I've coined the three P's of TDM: Physical improvements, Policy change, and Programmatic endeavors. Through these strategies we can improve commuter benefits, enhance mobility choices, and reduce congestion and negative impacts to our community both physically and culturally.
