    I worked at Itau Personnalite with customer service, helping the customers to use the ATM and also applying for a new password if they lose them, answering questions about their account/ amount. The bank also offered a personalized lounge which gave them live music, wine tasting, information about how to borrow cash from the bank, applications and investments. I showed them the advantages to be a part of our bank, and during the weekends if they had any problem and couldn't talk with their manager, I helped them to solving the problem.
