I worked alot with Shopify as a Shopify Partner supporting businesses to establish an ecommerce presence, including theme development using Liquid, advanced on-site SEO optimisation, product and inventory management, and also developed headless Jamstack stores. I worked with Vue primarily as the front end framework of choice and a variety of back end systems including AWS (and AWS Amplify) and the development of custom CMS solutions with Sanity.io.I also provided social media management services utilising industry leading scheduling, queing and content management solutions to grow the audience for businesses, increase engagement and achieve returns on investment into advertising campaigns and social media presence initiatives.

This involved the review of existing processes, strategies, and systems for improvement. I liaised with legal staff and executive management on requirements to then undertake custom development using both common and proprietary programming languages. I planned and provided training and reviewed system usage to identify training needs and used SQL extensively to develop reports, alerts, and various other analytics tools.

    Between June 2007 and July 2009, I was employed by the Sunshine Coast Regional Council as a Venue Officer at the Lake Kawana Community Centre. I helped ensure the smooth running of a busy multi-purpose Venue. My responsibilities included management and organisational tasks, rostering and resource availability management, business development, event management, customer service, client relationship management and technical sound and lighting tasks.Before commencing work for Local Government in 2007 I was employed in a number of casual positions, notably in the hospitality, warehousing and sporting industries. These positions provided me with invaluable experience. I was able to develop essential skills while working under pressure, providing high quality customer service, operating advanced systems and engaging in tasks of varying technical/operational requirements.
