I assist Individuals and Businesses so that they can better understand what they are paying for each month, What the coverage's mean and how they can be better protected without breaking the bank. Identifying the gaps is crucial. Each of us has a different exposure to risk and insurance needs to be catered to each individual or business in order to avoid those gaps. I can help keep insurance costs down and indirect costs from losses down by implementing OSHA compliant Safety Programs for businesses so they can continue to grow by helping their employees understand how to avoid work related incidents. We all face 1000's of risks each day. So make sure you have an agent who cares and understands what you and your family or business needs in order to stay protected. We've all worked so hard to get where we are in life and it can all be taken away in one loss. Call me if you have questions. 801-427-3621 or at [email protected]

State Farm and my former boss & co-workers taught me so much I couldn't be more grateful! I was reluctant to leave because State Farm is such a great company. But I soon realized that what makes them great is the people, and that I could bring that greatness with me no matter where I worked. I've learned that it's not about just selling insurance but educating the customer on what they pay for and how I can help them reduce the headache of a claim or a loss or just reducing the monthly bill. I learned that Bringing real value to the customer by gaining their trust through a customer first outlook and keeping up with the knowledge needed to provide the correct protection and succeed in and ever changing industry. I look forward to the future!

Agent
-
Nov 2009 - Nov 2010
After leaving the construction industry due to economic downturn I wanted to find something else that was stable, yet challenging. At Farmers i was an agent, I was able to attend Farmers University and learn valuable knowledge about how the insurance industry works. I had great leaders within my district office that offered assistance and support, but being so new to the industry i was naive and unprepared. I thought Farmers would be a good fit, I soon learned that they were struggling to be competitive and failed to prepare their agents for the real challenges and sales trenches of insurance industry. After 1 successful year i decided to quit and seek a new company to work for, bringing with me a better understanding of what needed to be done in order to be successful.

Construction Manager
-
Aug 2005 - Nov 2009
Building Homes and managing successful team operations with efficiency and skill. We built Spec. Homes for investors and Home owners. After 1 year of employment and due to hard work and a keen knowledge of how things needed to be ran and operated on all levels. I was promoted to construction manager, I was in charge of managing day to day operations, working directly with homeowners, quality control, hiring, firing, determining wage based on skills, coordinating and ensuring that the team or teams stayed happy and worked hard. This gave me the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive as a leader and was setting a stage for my continued entrepreneurial goals and aspirations.
