Designed and built software on SIM (embedded system) and backend server to provide a reliable transaction processing platform with end-to-end communication security over the GSM Short Message Service, in order to provide Electronic Purse and Electronic Ticket services, which would be unique in their communication channel with backend servers.

Managed a code-base consolidation project of 4 Trend Micro products with over 70 engineers and managers. These products (including PC-cillin, OfficeScan, and ServerProtect) garner a combined 50-60% of company revenue at roughly 190M USD at 2002. Chief designer and/or Architect of all Trend Micro Client/Server products; creator of TMI. Chief Judge of Trend Programming Contest 2001, a 30,000-USD-first-prize contest for college and graduate students.
