Experience

    • Field Service Technician
      • Mar 2022 - Present
      • California, United States

My role at Agrology includes all installation, maintenance and in-field experiences. I engineer solutions to problems and write the book on how to repeat it. I get to travel out of state and country to do trade shows, installations, and conduct business meetings and partnerships with outside organizations. This job pulls a little bit (or a lot) of everything from my skillset and I grow every day. Customer service, inventory management, engineering, consumer electronics, soil sciences, viticulture, power tool proficiency, and soon to come: team management, are all just the surface of what I do here, though I like to joke that I spend all day walking through some of the most beautiful acreage in the country, eating some of the best food in the state, and protecting some of the best wine in the world.

  • Lolli & Pops
    • Roseville, California, United States
    • Customer Service Lead, Inventory Lead
      • May 2019 - Mar 2022
      • Roseville, California, United States

I had a wonderful experience here as my first job and quickly rose to Customer Service lead. I am a natural leader and learned how to utilize that effectively in a constructive way within the workplace. I worked almost full time, though I was paid hourly, and managed my team, storefront, inventory, and workplace friendships very well. I was offered the position of Assistant Store Manager at the largest location in the country, but had to leave before the location finished construction in early 2023. If you ever have an opportunity to work under or learn from their district manager Steven Miller, take it.
