My longest and most recent security contract was as the personal security officer for the family of the Director of a large crypto currency firm.     T Technical Support Analyst providing first line support for 1400+ users on a Microsoft/Cisco environment. This involved domain administration in the form of password setting and resets, account creation, permission/group setting. I also was involved in projects that involve the installation of CAT5/6 and fibre cabling as a engineer, cabinet installation, desk moves, classroom/office support, mobile / smart phone troubleshooting and more. I developed a high level of customer care whilst working in this first line position and can gauge the when it’s suitable to use technical or nontechnical wording to help a client. Over the years I gained experience working on a Service Desk and know how to use Service Desk ticketing system via Spice works and Citrix.Technologies I have worked on include: Office 365, Microsoft Office 2013, Windows 10/13, Citrix, Cisco, Cisco Phones, Cisco Jabber, PaperCut print management, Pc rebuilds, structured cabling and In house bespoke school applications.

    Royal logistic corp 122sqd. As a part of the Royal Logistical Corp, I had the opportunity to study to be a chef within the army learning from experienced chefs from around the world. On early compilation of the army’s chef course I was invited to Westminster Kingsway College in London to study on the professional chef’s diploma course and business management diploma, specializing in hospitality management. During my time in the army I got to manage a wide range of kitchens in lots of different diverse environments, staffed by multiple nationalities and religions. I got to experience the recruitment and training process of trainee chefs as a junior instructor and also the disciplinary process as a Junior non-commissioned officer. During my time in the army I was honoured enough to be able to complete selection for 122sqd and got to look after a selection of diplomats including HRH Queen Elizabeth and the President of the United States of America. I finished my time in the Army as a Royal Engineer as part of 101 Field Squadron IED search team.
