Coordinated design, development and implementation of new vendor integration applications, collaborated with project managers, systems engineering teams, business analysts and external vendor teams to deliver on-time, accurate solutions. Provided technical leadership to members within my development team as well as being a sought after technical resource by other IT teams. Coordinated large scale application environment changes, while minimizing impact to project schedules. Representative projects include…• Screening Application Service: Designed, developed and supported .NET web service application used to facilitate background screening requests from within Kelly’s branch office application (StaffNet).- Spearheaded adoption of .NET web services as the preferred integration access for StaffNet, paving the way for a succession of efficient integrations into the system.- Piloted first implementation of HR-XML, both within Front Office & the screening vendor, thereby working towards Kelly’s goal of message standardization.- Piloted use of X.509 certificates on reverse proxy servers for application authentication / security.• StaffNet Reporting Portal: Led a small development team in creating a web-based reporting portal that allowed Kelly branch personnel to access static & on-demand business reports from their desktops. - The first JAVA web application in the Front Office, it was also the first step in an IT goal of transitioning away from UNIFACE for Front Office projects.- Allowed branch personnel access to custom, on-demand reports against StaffNet data for the first time, enhancing the timeliness & value of the data to the branch.
