Developed a consulting organization focused on supporting Multi-unit restaurants and other hospitality industry segments with cost reduction and operational solutions. Under my leadership, the organization grew to $10M in revenue. Success is attributed to commitment to total transparency, integrity and honesty with no hidden agendas, while remaining neutral to distributors, manufacturers and everything else on behalf of the client. • Developed a team of 30 industry specialists to support multi-unit operator clients. Specialists included operations, supply chain, culinary, distribution, technology, produce, and indirect spend• Developed CC101, a library of potential solutions which presented a visual look at whether the operator was using the best product for the job, factoring in variables around yield, food safety, labor productivity and consistency.• Created a 4-step approach to cost reduction and productivity which reduced barriers and fostered collaboration with clients.
