Contributed to Samsung Electronics Value Innovation Program Center of Excellence by providing certified training for 45+ engineering personnel. Facilitated electronics and telecommunications industry Value Engineering studies that resulted in product Value Improvements totaling several hundred millon dollars. Supplied professional training to certify Value Specialists and Facilitators. Presented seminars and training on Leadership Skills, Function Analysis System Technique, and Business Process Cost Modeling. Published technical papers as well as author numerous articles. Co-authored the "Value Methodology Pocket Guide," published and distributed by GOAL/QPC.
