Preparation, (in depth -30 page ) reports to senior management ,planning recommendations, effectively having a "cascade effect" ,using paper led & power point presentations." "Addressing the problem of the "millennium bug ", for the council's 200 personal computers(2000).Reporting directly to the chief director of environmental services , Robert Lambourne, on continuity recommendations .

Taught information technology to adult learners of varying ages (18-80) and denominations ,including Caucasian and Afro Caribbean .i.e. No racial prejudice !NVQ for Inniates,to NVQ level 2, including marking and leading learners to understand the subject .Successful teaching outcomes were measured by tangible results. In eighteen months, 150 of 200 learners attained the level 2. A 75% success rate ! Or equivalent annual success rate.Insufficient time to analyse results fully.Mrs Sandra Savage was the college outreach manager, Gillian Shepherd was secretary for state for Education ,at the time.The teaching service was provided by 4 teaching assistants & 3 full time tutors.
