    Wechsler specializes in helping financial businesses with brand identities, marketing campaigns, corporate communications and internal marketing. In my role as Print Media Manager, I am responsible for working with designers and creative directors to determine how best to produce a concept, writing print specifications and entering them into a custom database for reference and competitive bids. I also research and identify printers, fabricators, finishers and fulfillment vendors for various programs. Quality control includes checking color separations, PDF layouts, color proofs and on-press supervision. Work with account managers and clients to establish production time lines.     Underline Communications is a relationship marketing firm, creating and managing multi-faceted marketing programs. As Creative Director for Underline since it’s inception in 2001, I was responsible first for guiding design concept development on projects, then with setting and overseeing the agreed upon direction. That involved soup-to-nuts management — from brainstorming and strategizing creative approach with account teams, to directing designers, guiding photo and illustration selections, and supervising release of files. I was also in charge of defining and getting quotes from vendors.When Underline Magazines introduced BKLYN Magazine in 2003, I assumed total responsibility for coordinating design, photography, illustration, and printing for the 56-page quarterly. As Production Director, I managed the production and studio staff, coordinated design presentations, art directed photo shoots, supervised color proofing and press proofing, and monitored quality control. In 1998 I was promoted to Creative Director for the American Express account team.
