    I am a high school physical education, kinesiology and health teacher. I began my educational career 2005 and have been teaching since. I served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for 15 years, organizing and leading the strength and conditioning programs for 21 varsity sports. I was named the Iowa High School Strength Coach of the Year in 2019. I also serve as the Varsity Football Offensive Line Coach since 2005. Additionally, I have coach wrestling and girls track and field. I earned a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. I have used my education and experince to work with and lead collaboratively with school district administration, staff, students and community members.I work to develop and lead high-impact, cross-functional teams. I am innovative self-starter who delivers quality training programs to result in increased productivity. I am an accomplished problem-solver with ability to communicate complex issues to diverse groups that builds diversity, resolves conflicts, and accomplishes change.
