Took on responsibility for implementing the Life Bridge Middle School Mentoring initiative as Life Bridge expanded in the Wolfeforo Middle School. On-site in middle school 3 times per week and high school 2 times per week.Setup and oversaw at least 12 mentoring relationships between middle school and high school students and their mentors.Continued with on-going communications and relationships with all required constituents. Participated in training newly identified mentors.Responsible to build relationships with the kids and the faculty and connect these kids with meaningful and trained mentors.Prepare weekly small group events with students from both High School and Middle School.

Required to develop on-going relationships with students, parents, mentors, school faculty and teachers, local town officials, local police, churches, and health care providers.Oversaw 6 mentoring relationships, while also maintaining relationships with each of the student’s families. Recruited and helped to develop adult mentors. Prepared monthly large group events for our mentoring students and brought in between 20-30 students each month for these events.Mentored 4 high school students.Worked with these mentees to help them work through life’s challenges in order for them to make it through school and provide a direction in their lives beyond high school.Worked with students through all types of difficult circumstances including but not limited to parent divorce, criminal proceedings, life threatening injuries, loss of life of other student friends and family, drug and alcohol issues.Prepared weekly small group events with students.Participated in staff meetings and training events as required.Raised funds for Life Bridge.Monthly communications to Life Bridge constituents and financial supporters.Work Experience while in CollegeLife Bridge internshipHoyts theatre, various responsibilitiesJamaica short-term engagements to assist in rebuilding efforts and youth mentoring
