Projects were organized by a cross-functional team who defined an objective, system block diagram, fishbone chart with variation sources, and BOM list. • Component Saber models were either built or delivered by suppliers, and then integrated into a system model where Monte Carlo or Worst Case analysis was performed on the signals of interest using prescribed test cases.• Completed project to study response time of engine lifter activation and deactivation for fuel management. Result was improved performance to environmental conditions which caused customer dissatisfaction.• Performed Monte Carlo analysis on various temperature sensor sub-systems to optimize the design to meet accuracy requirements.Engineering Roles Prior to 2006Vehicle Brake System Validation Engineer, Bumper FEA, Fuel Economy & Drive Quality Prediction, Transmission Calibration.
