Mr. Fradin and Mr. Cook share a common background having both come from Honeywell International, Inc. where Mr. Fradin served as Vice Chairman and President & CEO of Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions and Mr. Cook was the Global Head of M&A. Juniper closed its business combination in June 2021 with Janus International (JBI), a building products company focused on the self storage segment.

Brian also leads Honeywell’s Asia Pacific Business Development organization located in Shanghai.
