Responsible for all faculty and staff and advising up to 70 students attending the program. Other responsibilities include program/division budget oversight, curriculum review and assessment, optional teaching assignments, and facility management.

I oversee the culinary arts program for Western Iowa Tech Community College. This is a brand new program in which I helped launch from its inception. Current enrollment is around seventy students. Program comprises approximately 6,000 square feet of floor space including three kitchens, a demonstration kitchen with stadium style seating and a dining room that seats 45. This will represent the sixth program that I have been a part of (three from inception) over a span of eighteen years across five states.
