    Manage the metrology, calibration, Lab Department.Manage all metrology activities at NTI Ohio. Support our NTI Alabama, and NTI South Carolina plants, along with our larger sub suppliers with all their metrology related needs.These Activities include:Inspection Fixture Verification.Manage and write programs for inspection fixture verification.Weld Equipment Verification.Manage and write programs for weld fixture (tooling). Setting up new tooling.Mass Production part Inspection.Manage and write programs for analysis of part layout data, including root cause and complex analysisNew Model Part MaturationHAB -BQS (High Accuracy Body) activities.Develop and implement metrology training. Training new metrology associates in the following.Metrology methodology, and implementation.Metrology tools. (CMM, PCMM)Metrology software utilization.Management of the calibration system, adhering to AITF 16949 standards. This includes performing all internal calibrations, (calipers micrometers, fixtures, tooling etc.), scheduling and shipping all external calibrations.To date, I have been involved with the Set-up of 5 Metrology labs at sister plants and sub suppliers.
