    -Responsible for a $10M operating budget, led a team of 4 employees and 50 contractors.-Managed physical and electronic inventory processes and procedures.-Created, monitored and reported on KRIs and KPIs for imaging and inventory processes.-Preformed yearly onsite audits at 3rd party vendor locations. Audits were preformed on processes, procedures and IT infrastructure. Compiled results, reported out to leadership team and created remediation plans.-Established and rolled out operating metrics for 3rd party providers. Monthly metrics meetings were held to ensure that all business requirements and timelines were being met.- Evaluated an internal process against Federal requirement documentation. Identified and remediated gaps. Created and implemented a new process that was compliant with all Federal requirements. Realized a $6M year over year cost savings.-Managed all 3rd party vendor relationships, including contract negotiations.

    -Responsible for a $6M operating budget and led a team of 50 contractors.-Partnered with IT and business units to create and implement an electronic document storage repository.-Led in-person and virtual training on the electronic repository for 3000 Capital employees. Provided on-going training to new hires.-Created, implemented and managed electronic and physical imaging processes and procedures.- Designed and rolled out a robust, scalable electronic imaging platform that increased volume capabilities from 25K to 250K per month. Errors were decreased by 95%.-Captured process metrics and reported dashboards to business units.-Managed all 3rd party vendor relationships.
