    Working as a Home Educator, I wholeheartedly embraced the mission and core values of Early Head Start. During inhome sessions, I guided families and fostered a stimulating environment for optimal child development. I proactively developed achievable school readiness objectives for enrolled children and collaborated with external agencies to address developmental or intellectual delays through appropriate interventions. I administered accurate documentation of medical, immunization, and dental records, along with conducting ASQ3 and ASQse screenings and nutrition assessments, which are integral in monitoring child growth. I also meticulously designed and executed curriculum-based lesson plans, aligning them with individual learner objectives specified in the IFSP, school readiness goals, and PIR family engagement outcomes, ultimately ensuring student success. In addition, I served as an advocate for families, maintaining open lines of communication and following up on service delivery plans, consistently assessing their effectiveness and making necessary modifications to achieve the best possible outcomes for all participants.
