I made salads for customers in our (OLO) online ordering system. Required memorizing each salad recipe. Perfect salads were critical to a great customer experience. I also prepped and cut vegetables, greens, and tray hot foods so they could be cooked. The foods that were not heated were trayed up and taken back down to freezing so they could be used later and maintained at the right temperature. properly. I would bring up the salads from our the OLO station and sort them out on a first name basis so customers could know where their salad/s were when they came in.
