    We are a body of Convergent evangelical and ecumenical Christ followers and others who have emerged in this Central Texas setting and location committed to a specific mission, church vision, and particular core values.“Convergent” best describes our model of “being church.” By this we mean: The merging of diverse spiritual practices, including worship, faith traditions, cultural backgrounds, life experiences and theology for the purpose of building an authentic Christ-following community. As “evangelicals” we mean those who define themselves, their faith, and their lives according to the Good News of Jesus Christ. “Ecumenical Christ followers” include those who exhibit certain historical practices (e.g. liturgical worship, Eucharistic communion, etc.) as specific Christian expressions. “Other” members or participants of our body include non-believers, exploring or “seeking” fellowship and religious insights. In other words our local membership is “inclusive” of anyone sharing desire for community, fellowship or the search for truth. Believing that the Gospel of Jesus is all-inclusive, we are defined theologically (in its broadest sense), and not politically, socially, or culturally.
