We have delivered millions of lines of code that successfully power major US health care companies, startups, online shops, portals and smartphones. I helped found small outsourcing center in Belgrade and obtained first client in the US. It was a small web application with a simple HTML front-end, Informix database back-end and middle layer developed in TCL script language. The project was a great success. In the coming months we won more and more projects, started hiring, and very soon after Pamet was established. We had a fast growth rate at that time, 5 developers per month and soon we grew to 75 developers. My focus was on COO activities, establishing a fully operational outsourcing center including an internal training center for new hires. I also managed six SW development teams and oversaw delivery for those teams. Over time my focus moved to new opportunities, particularly technology startups in the area of telecommunications and mobile solutions, but my connection with Pamet continued. In the last couple of years, my focus is back to Pamet, and establishing the foundation for further growth, mainly in the area of HR, company culture and work processes. In the area of HR I improved the hiring process and have established a career path with over 50 identified and measurable skills. In the recruiting area, I established a close relationship with the top three faculties in Belgrade and obtained direct access to the best local software engineers. Today Pamet runs the Java Spring course at the Mathematical faculty which is part of the faculty curriculum, and internally organizes several free courses a year that attract the best local software talent. Some of the clients we worked with are: * Charles Schwab A complex Skill Based Routing (SBR) solution developed using Genesys 7 platform (layered design, prioritization and a unique integration accomplished with Aspect PBX platform). * Nationwide GVP VoiceXML application developed using Genesys Studio 6.5.3. and deployed at GVP platform. * Kaiser Permanente Complex Infrastructure-Architecture UML model developed for Kaiser’s Voice solution. The model covers GVP Architecture and Kaiser’s Corona Contact Center Infrastructure. On top of that we developed historical reporting solution in Crystal Reports. * Arizona State Java Based custom Softphone solution developed using Genesys AIL and Oracle Forms. * HCL Complex custom historical reporting solution based on Genesys CCA and developed in Brio Reports environment.
