• Monitor and analyze of ongoing and emerging developments/events relevant for the implementation of the Mission’s mandate, especially protection of civilians, return and reintegration of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs);• Provide coordination support between the Mission and international partners and humanitarians delivering services inside and outside of protection of Civilians sites across the country.• Work with the local authorities on needs assessments, strategic planning, formulation of activities and related tasks for relief, reintegration, and protection.• Participate in joint integrated patrols and interview civilian population, IDPs, returnees and local authorities on protection, return and reintegration mechanisms and concerns.• Liaising with local authorities, work with and facilitate the UN Agencies and international partners to effectively implement their programs and activities in the field office area of responsibility.• In collaboration with other substantive sections, coordinate interagency efforts to facilitate return and reintegration of IDPs from the Protection of Civilians (POC) sites and IDP camps including supporting initiatives for enhancing inter- communal co-existence and cohesion in areas of return.• Support formulation and oversight of the UNMISS Quick Impact Projects, including conducting regular reporting in coordination with RRP HQ.• Facilitate selection of implementing partners, monitor project implementations and coordinate in ensure successful completion of Grants and Projects awarded to partners• Provide reporting on relief, reintegration and protection, and any related development and humanitarian issues in assignment.• Where and when required support humanitarian and emergency response.• Conduct intentional training and mentoring to build capacity of local counterparts and colleagues.

Coordinating activities of referral/treatment facilities, Drop-In-Centre (DiC) and One-Stop-Shop (OSS) to ensure over 90% targeted case finding, effective ART placement and treatment retention.• Coordinate project meetings and undertake adhoc assignments related to operational and technical arrangement(s) as may be necessary in the State.• I oversee the Preparation of program implementation briefs, monthly reports, work-plans, budget and other working documents as required to ensure smooth implementation of the SHiPs for MARPs project in the State.• I support development, coordination and implementation methodologies for engaging key target population communities in consultative processes for project implementation in the State.• I set up operational arrangements for collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data, and for investing in capacity building, to sustain the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) function.• Prepare and track State budgets, approve advances and review retirements. • I oversee general administrative, procurement, trainings and implementation activities in the State.• I Provide technical support and capacity building to 2 MARPs-focused CBOs and Healthcare workers as well as partners towards proactively achieving the overall goals of the project. • I coordinate Positive Health Dignity and Prevention Behavioral Intervention for PLHIV (PHDP) activities to improve retention in treatment, provide care and support, adherence counseling and socio-economic support.

Evaluation of Global Fund AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM) project with focus on Most at Risk Populations (MaRPs), MacArthur Respectful Maternal Health Project with focus on Patients’ Rights and respect for Maternal and Child Health, Ford Foundation project focusing on Attitude of Community Health Workers providing quality health service for maternal and child health.. I provided leadership, strategic and technical guidance of project M&E to fifteen (15) Program Officers across 11Southern States of Nigeria. Responsibilities: • I ensured the Implementation of project monitoring and evaluation strategy as established at the central level and recommend any possible changes based on the lessons learned at State levels;• I Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and also provide support in the development of work plans and budget for project M&E activities; ensure developed M&E guidelines are implemented.• I carryout data entry and cleaning as well as management of all State level data into M&E database, District Health Information System (DHIS) and SPSS. • I set up operational arrangements for collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data to sustain the Monitoring and Evaluation function;• Collaborate with and coordinate communities, service providers, and local governments in the states to ensure a long-term approach to participatory monitoring and evaluation process;• Work closely with the Principal Recipient, State Agencies for Control of AIDS, CBOs and other Implementing Partners within the various States in order to ensure that the results of monitoring and evaluation in the field are efficient and effective;• Assess, at implementing states level, training needs relevant to monitoring, evaluation and management information systems and provide training to local stakeholders;• Coordinated Focus Group discussion and design tools for data collection as well as protocol for research.• I have good knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methods.
