    Rolls-Royce Security Shift Sergeant 2006 – Feb 2020 Supervise, direct and administer shift security staff in order to maintain the physical, personal and documentary security of the site.Duties consisting of: • Authorising access and processing visitors, inclusive of prohibited items. • Restricted key management. • Kennel Management. • Maintenance of an occurrence/fault reporting log book. • Weekly security system checks. • Work Rotas, allocation of duties for, sickness, overtime courses and annual leave. • Booking and organising relevant work related courses. • Arrange a monthly training programme for the dog section.
