Directed start-up of Aetna's National Auto & Property Reinspection program to improve claim handler technical skills, overall claim file quality, and enhance detection of claim fraud. Key leader in Aetna response to Hurricane Andrew and the Northridge Earthquake disasters. Coordinated Auto & Property Claim Automation Initiatives: Selection and negotiation of vendor supplied estimating programs, development of computer training plans, and other automation projects generating cost mitigation of $1.8MM+..
