I was responsible for ensuring new entity had robust financial structure that would support long term liabilities, including pensions, while remaining flexible to facilitate divestment of product groups destined for sale. Key achievements include:◼ Appointed company Directors then chaired BOD to ensure fiscal and UK legislative compliance. ◼ Created new Pension Trustee Body, Advisors and investment strategy to support new DB pension.◼ Downsized entity and executed lease exit, transitioning business in <3 days / fully operational at 4 days.◼ Negotiated TUPE transfer of 1100 personnel to new legal entity.

I was responsible for climate control and interiors product group quality while BUs being prepared for sale while managing 6 direct reports and ~250 indirect staff, targeted to maintain manufacturing, supplier and development quality aspects across all BUs. Transitioned quality systems and data to new owners as climate and interior BUs divested.Key achievements include:◼ July 2014 - Visteon acquired Johnson Controls electronic business to double size of electronics business. ◼Identified key process owners to select best practice then migrate process areas to 1 quality system.◼Created new quality system based on best practices from each company.
