    Project ManagementDevelopment and delivery of customized safety programs and training sessions which were held at the college or on at company’s site.Development and delivery of customized safety training for general industry, construction and the tele communications industry.Developed and delivered the Safety Director course at Western Iowa Tech Community College. This was a blended course of online and in person training. This multi session course was developed for the new Safety Director. Provided safety consultation to regional manufacturing general industry, construction and national safety consultation for the tele communications industry.Developed and delivered a number of safety training topics funded by the OSHA Susan Harwood grant, topics included The Safety Director Course, Fall Protection for the Tele Communications Industry.
