    In 2007, my son and I created a concept of modular outdoor kitchens. Through many years of engineering and design, our team created a full product line which is now part of a company I founded called Sunset Bay Outdoor. All of our products are manufactured using only the finest materials in the market place today. Sunset Bay Outdoor started in 2008 and we developed our first prototype using all of our standard materials. In that time, we field tested all of our products for 3 years while making improvements and additions to our product lines.Sunset Bay Outdoor is now the leader in aluminum extrusion outdoor kitchens. With our quality of materials and super-fast installations, our products are now recognized as the best in the industry today.

    In 2000 founded Cardinal Fireplace Products which is part of Cardinal Aluminum Co. We designed and manufactured glass fireplace doors for dealers across the country. In 2005, Cardinal Fireplace Products was purchased by Portland Willemette.

    Home Glass was a major wholesale glass distributor in Milwaukee, WI. At that time, I opened and operated a retail division of Home Glass in Menomonee Falls, WI. This retail location offered glass and hearth products.

    Founded Concepts to Products in 1992. I designed and consulted for many OEM fireplace manufacturers. In 1994 I developed a new product called Hydro graphics; a pattern was applied to a sheet of aluminum and aluminum extrusions to replicate a marble or wood grain pattern. A license for the hearth industry was obtained and $750,000 in sales was reached the first year. In 1996, the product and all the rights were sold to Cardinal Aluminum.

    In 1980 I founded Design Specialties. At that time I established over 625 hearth dealer nationwide. Also during my time, I designed and manufactured high-end glass doors for the top 5 fireplace manufacturers in the country. Design Specialties was known for developing innovative products for the hearth industry.
